(NASDAQ:FISV). BrokersAlly.com has a revenue-sharing arrangement with Amazon.com, AOL.com, AmericanExpress, Sothebys.com, BusinessBookReview.com, LoanPage.com, and CarsDirect.com.

Information Tracked and Gathered by BrokersAlly.com

BrokersAlly.com gathers data about users: (a) tracking information which is automatically collected about every visitor to the site, both subscribers and nonsubscribers, and (b) personal information provided by viewers through registration as subscribers and voluntarily on certain screens.

Personalization Tracking Information
Tracking related information includes data consisting of individual personalization tracking information and aggregated tracking information that is gathered automatically using technology described as "cookies". Personal information may be gathered in many ways. If a user registers for a free-trial subscription the user is required to provide name and email address and to select a login name and password. When a free-trial subscriber decides to upgrade to a paid subscription we then require a credit card (number, type and expiration date) and billing information to process the transaction. All of this information is generally entered into fields on a secure area of the site. We may require you to enter personal information at other times, for example, when you enter into a contest we may have sponsored or when you purchase products from the Broker’s Ally Store. Wherever we collect personal information, we will make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page. 

Contests
BrokersAlly.com sometimes offers contests in which certain information is requested for registration in order to verifying the entrants' identity and to notifying subsequent winners. Entrants may select contest names distinct from their login names. 

 Polling and Surveys

BrokersAlly.com may, from time to time, conduct polls or surveys to gather information for various purposes. At those times we will publish the privacy policy of each specific poll or survey.

Subscribers may receive various email updates that are sent out on a monthly/weekly/daily basis containing selected stories and market information, together with some advertisements and hyperlinks to BrokersAlly.com. BrokersAlly.com provides message boards for user chat and discussion on various topics. Though any user may read messages posted to the boards, only subscribers are permitted to post on the boards. In order to keep the quality of chat at a high, professional, and accountable level, users may be required to provide additional information such as their full names and any positions they may have in financial products being discussed. 

Use of Various Types of Information
